Content License
Storyframe is built so your ideas stay yours. This sets out ownership of the pitches you enter, the plans you generate and the software itself.

What you own
You own the pitches and project inputs you provide, and, as between you and us, the scripts, storyboards, shot lists and other plans you generate (“Your Content”). Your storyboard drafts and creative concepts are your creative property and, where you plan a series, are treated as confidential to you.
The license you grant us
To run the service, you grant HEEHAW LIMITED a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you — for example, generating a plan, saving your projects and letting you export them. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for short backup cycles and where the law requires retention.
No training on your content
We do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell or license it to third parties for their own purposes. Where optional AI enhancement is enabled, your prompt is sent to the provider only to return your result.
What we own
We own the Storyframe software, interface, the procedural sketch and layout system, brand, name and templates, and all related intellectual property. Nothing here transfers those rights to you. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under the Terms of Service.
Originality and clearance
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content and anything you film based on it is original or properly licensed, and cleared for the people, brands, locations and materials shown. Storyframe produces original sketch guides only and provides no stock footage, characters, dialogue or music.
Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service, without obligation to you.
Takedown and disputes
